Mobilize the MAGIC City Project
About Mobilize the MAGIC City
Mobilize the MAGIC City will work with an artist for a year to develop a formal process to involve art and artists in everyday civic life.
Nationwide, artists are contributing to community planning and design to improve economic development, road safety, health outcomes, and more.
The artist will implement two creative placemaking hubs (think public art informed with lots of community engagement!) along Billings' first neighborhood bikeway, document the process in a Placemaking Playbook, and conduct a public arts committee feasibility study.
Donations
Help us raise funds! We raised more than $30,000 to expand and enhance placemaking hubs along the neighborhood bikeway from North to Rose Parks. Funds will be used for the public purpose and are therefore tax-deductible. To make a donation, please write a check to the City of Billings and mail it to:
