For Yellowstone County
As required by MCA, Section 76-8-101, et seq., on August 27, 2013, the Yellowstone County Board of Commissioners, under Resolution #13-56, adopted regulations and review procedures for developments creating multiple buildings or units on a single lot for lease or rent. These new regulations are applicable to all development proposals creating multiple units or buildings for lease or rent in Yellowstone County, outside of the incorporated areas of Laurel and Billings.
