The City Council and Leadership retreat will begin at 1:00 PM on Friday, March 11th and recess for dinner at 6:00 PM. The retreat will resume at 9:00 AM on Saturday, March 12th and end by 1:00 PM. They will meet at the historic Billings Depot at 2310 Montana Avenue. The purpose of the retreat is to improve the effectiveness and capacity of City Council and establish and elevate a vision for the City.

A quorum of the Council will be present during this event, but No City-related business decisions will be made. The meeting is open to the public.
