All junk vehicles, including vehicles that are not currently licensed, must be stored within an enclosed building or removed from the property after five (5) days. Within the city limits, please report violations to City of Billings Code Enforcement Division. In Yellowstone County please report violations to Mike Schieno (mschieno@yellowstonecountymt.gov). In the City, please call (406) 237-6146 and in Yellowstone County call (406) 652-2050.

In residential neighborhoods, please call (406) 237-6146. Also, please report graffiti vandalism to the Police Department at (406) 657-8200. If the graffiti vandalism is in progress (perpetrators on scene) call 911.Code Enforcement
