SustainaBillings is back with another Earth Day Celebration!
& this year will be bigger & more exciting than ever!
In order to accommodate our growing numbers, we have been graciously accepted by The Loft to host our 2024 event! We will be utilizing both the inside and the outside spaces.
NOTE: As with every event thus far, whether we occupy primarily the inside or outside spaces will largely be dependent upon Mother Nature herself. So we ask for your patience and flexibility with us in advance.

+ Sustainable Fashion Show from 3 - 4pm, with a Q&A from 2:30-3 with some of our designers
*We are now accepting SUSTAINABLE vendors, nonprofits, food trucks, performers & Sustainable Fashion Designers (& models!) to attend! Please see attached application and return to us asap.
(Deadline to sign up, April 1.)
Our Sustainable Fashion Show will include three categories: thrift/vintage/secondhand, upcycle, & "TRASHION"!
Let us know if you have any questions about any of these. Please indicate your preference of category(ies) that you would like to participate in on your application. Please include a concept & material list that you intend to be using for your outfit(s). We ask that you use 100% post-consumer materials. Any glue/tape used, please try to source eco-friendly options. THANK YOU!!!
*VENDORS & FOOD TRUCK APPLICANTS: we ask that you use only plastic-free, compostable packaging and cutlery such as cardboard, paper, plant based/plastic-free, etc. If you need any assistance with sourcing products please let us know!
As part of our event we will be trying to raise money for Tumbleweed who is trying to get a commercial kitchen built (they work with providing safe housing for at risk youth in Billings). For this, we will be asking for a small donation of some kind to pitch in for the raffle baskets that we will be putting together. Though not required, we do appreciate if you are able to contribute!
"Over the Hill Equine Rescue" will be bringing a few of their equines to the event for a fun meet and greet (possible adoption /fostering opportunities)!
Additionally, we will have some live performers, a "Featured Sustainable Artist", some crafts, activities, a plant workshop & much more to be announced!
See attached application to return to us, which includes additional important information as well. Please return to us asap, but no later than April 1!
* Please note: the requested vendor/participation fees are sliding scale! If you have any difficulties with the fees, just let us know and we will work with you so that you can still participate!
