Good evening, Mayor Cole, and Billings City Council,
As a follow-up request from members of your HOME-ARP Advisory Committee, and from members of the Billings City Council, the Native American Development Corporation (NADC) would like to extend an invitation for you to tour the Eagle Seeker Community Center and Billings First Congregational Church, as part of the process in determining recipients of Billings HOME-ARP grant funding.
This tour will take place on Tuesday, February 27th at 11:00 and will start at Eagle Seeker, 1125 Broadwater Ave and conclude at the proposed service delivery site, Billings First Congregational Church, 310 North 27th Street. Our team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about the facilities, our services, and our response to the RFP for supportive services to individuals and families from qualifying populations in Billings.
As stated above, this tour was recommended by members of your HOME-ARP Advisory Committee who were favorably impressed with our clinic facility and the range of services we can deliver to benefit the community of Billings. We look forward to the opportunity to meet with those of you who are available for the tour. Please RSVP to kbolgar@nadc-nabn.org
