The Planning Division has diligently worked on updating the subdivision regulations to incorporate recent State legislative amendments and to align them with new documents, policies within the City and County, and general document updates, including electronic submission requirements.
The Planning Division plans to conduct a public meeting in the library community room on February 13, 2024, starting at 10 am, (510 North Broadway) to discuss the most significant revisions to the subdivision regulations.
The proposed City and County Subdivision Regulations, incorporating the changes, have been made available on the city website https://www.billingsmt.gov/520/Subdivision, for interested individuals to review at their convenience. Proposed new language and legislative modifications are indicated by underlining, while language slated for removal is struck through.
