RiverStone Health wants to hear from Yellowstone County residents about their thoughts on vaccinations. This brief, anonymous survey will help us plan public health outreach and services.
Professional Research Consultants is conducting the survey to gather information and opinions about vaccination. This consulting firm previously has worked on the Yellowstone County Health Needs Assessment that is conducted every three years to identify what community members see as the highest priorities for improving life, health, and safety in our county.
Professional Research Consultants is conducting the survey by random phone dialing. Yellowstone County residents also are invited to complete the survey online at this link: www.prcsurvey.com/begin/2023RiverStoneHealthCommunity
The online survey will be open until February 18.
