The Mayor and Council will attend a private tour Rocky Vista University - Montana College of Osteopathic Medicine on January 30th, at 5:30 PM, at 4130 Rocky Vista Way, Billings, MT. In the event a quorum of the Council is present, NO City-related business decisions shall be made.
