The City of Billings Parks and Recreation Department, along with A & E Design, BRS Architecture, and BallardKing Associates, invite all Billings community residents to a Public Forum to present updates on the Billings Multi-Generational Community Recreation Center. The Public Forum will be conducted in an Open House format from 4:30 – 6:30 pm, on May 10, 2022, at the Billings Public Library Community Room, 510 North Broadway. Discussion will include project goals and vision, community recreation needs and opportunities, project site, programming and building design.
Prior to the Public Forum, there will be a Core Team Meeting from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm and an Executive Team Meeting from 1:30 – 2:30 pm at the Library Community Room.
In the event a quorum of the Council is present at this event, NO City-related business decisions shall be made.
