Yellowstone County Commissioner, Denis Pitman, has invited the Billings City Council to attend lunch and a tour of the latest renovations to increase capacity at the Yellowstone County Detention Facility on April 29th, at Noon - 2:00 PM approximately. In the event a quorum of the Council is present, NO City-related business decisions shall be made.
