On Wednesday, May 4, 2022, from 4 PM to 7 PM, Billings will celebrate Water Week by offering a tour of the City's Water Treatment Plant, located at 2251 Belknap Ave. This event has been so popular, it's been brought back for more to enjoy in the fun and win awesome prizes, too!
