The Mayor and Council have been invited to attend a ground breaking ceremony held by Coca-Cola on March 31st at 3:00 PM. The location of the event is the 1800 block of Harnish Blvd., near Tractor and Equipment Co., (T&E) off South Frontage Road, Billings, MT.
In the event a quorum of the Council is present at this event, NO City-related business decisions shall be made.
