The design team has compiled preliminary information, layouts and locations of departments and programs. This includes front lobby area, public meeting areas, and the city council chambers. The design team is meeting with all user groups to solicit comments and feedback on March 14th and 15th. City Council is invited to attend a meeting with the design team on Tuesday, March 15 from 10:00 am – 11:00 am in the 4th floor conference room at the Stillwater Building to go over these specific areas of interest to city council.
