DUE TO FRIGID WEATHER CONDITIONS, THIS EVENT HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED: The Mayor and City Council have been invited to a ribbon cutting ceremony at the Billings Public Library on Wednesday, January 12th 2022 at 2:00 PM to celebrate the grand opening of the new Library Express Lockers. A short ceremony will be followed by coffee and cookies. The public is invited to attend!
