The Mayor and City Council have been invited to a ribbon cutting ceremony at the Billings Public Library on Wednesday, January 5th, 2022 at 10:30 AM to celebrate the grand opening of the new Library Express Lockers. A short ceremony will be followed by coffee and cookies. The public is invited to attend!
In the event a quorum of the Council is present, NO CITY-RELATED business decisions shall be made.
