Kevin Ploehn, Aviation and Transit Director, has made arrangements for members of the City Council to tour the new construction areas at the Billings Logan International Airport. He has offered tours on Wednesday, December 1 at 3:00 pm and Thursday, December 2, at 11:00 am. They will be 30 minutes each. In the event a quorum of the Council is present, no CITY-related business decisions shall be made.
