BILLINGS – On Tuesday, September 7, 2021, a group of community, civic, and business leaders from Billings will officially launch the “Citizens for a Safer Billings” campaign at a press conference. The campaign is focused on generating support for a November ballot initiative that will fund important public safety priorities for the entire Billings community through a reasonable mill levy increase. Speakers will discuss the challenges facing the Billings community, including rising crime, and how these investments will help improve the services our first responders are able to provide.
