Community Leadership & Development, Inc. (CLDI) has invited City Council to a groundbreaking ceremony on Monday, August 23rd, from 9-9:30 AM for future site of Mosaic Senior Housing located at 114/118 S. 29th Street - Rail//Line Coffee.
In the event a quorum of the Council is present, NO CITY-related business decisions will be made.
