Each year the City Council holds a Volunteer Appreciation Dinner to honor and recognize those that have served on the many Boards and Commissions. This year's dinner will be held on October 14th, 2021, at the Parks and Recreation Community Center, 390 N. 23rd Street, Billings, Montana.
In the event a quorum of the Council is present, no City-related business decisions will be made.
