In response to COVID-19, and in an effort to practice social distancing, the Mayor, Council and City staff are trying to implement a virtual meeting for Monday night’s Council Regular Business meeting. Therefore, they will be involved in a series of virtual video tests Thursday and Friday of this week and Monday of next week. During these scheduled tests, a quorum of Councilmembers will be present. These meetings are strictly for testing purposes only and will NOT have any City-related business decisions discussed or acted upon. When these tests will be held will depend upon the successful implementation of software and telecommunication systems and availability of staff and the Council.
If this effort is successful, notice will be given to the public, no later than 5:00 PM Friday evening.
