The Mayor and Council have been invited by the Institute for Peace Studies to attend the 2nd Annual Tea Party and Hat Party will be held on March 21st, at 2:00 PM, at Rocky Mountain College Prescott Hall. The cost is $20 adults and $10 for children with all proceeds go to fund the Festival of Cultures 2020. Tickets are on sale until Friday, March 13, 2020. In the event a quorum of the Council is present, no City-Related business decisions will be made.
