Council has been invited to attend the Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design discussion, hosted by the Billings Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, January 21st from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM at the Northern Hotel. In the event there is a quorum of the Council in attendance, no City-related business decisions will be made during this time.
