Tim Goodridge, EBURD Coordinator, has invited the City Council to attend one of the TIF Refresher Sessions, scheduled for Wednesday, January 22, from 4:30 PM to 5:45 PM OR Thursday, January 23, from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM at the BIRD Offices, located at 1413 4th Avenue North, Billings, Montana. In the event a quorum of the Council is present at either meeting, no City business decisions shall be made.
