The Mayor and Council have been invited to a public reception, for "Continuum: Contemporary American Indian Art, Thurs., Sept., 19th, 5 PM - 7 PM, at the Northcutt Steele Gallery, MSU-Billings. In the event a quorum of the Council is present, no City-related business decisions shall be made.
