The Mayor and City Council have been invited to join in the ten year anniversary celebration of the Billings Clinic Cancer Center on Sat., September 14th from 1 PM to 3 PM at the Billings Clinic Commons Area, 801 North 29th Street, Billings, Montana. In the event a quorum of the Council is present, no City-related business decisions will be made.
