The Mayor and Council have been invited to attend public meetings, sponsored by Big Sky Economic Development, concerning the Coulson Park Master Plan. The meetings are:
August 14th, 11:00 AM (Board Meeting) at Billings Parks, Recreation and Public Lands office, 390 N. 23rd St.
August 14th, 4:30-6:00 PM at MoAV Coffee, 2501 Montana Ave.
In the event a quorum of the Council is present, no City-related business decisions will be made.
