The Mayor and Council have been invited to attend a Trailblazing Celebration, sponsored by the Billings Trailnet, at Zimmerman Park, on July 13th from 11 AM to 2 PM. The event is open to the public and everyone is encouraged to attend! In the event a quorum of the Council is present, no City business decisions will be made.
