The Mayor and Council have been invited to attend an open house at new satellite State crime laboratory on May 23rd, at 10:00 a.m., 1516 4th Ave. N., Ste. 1, Billings, Montana. In the event a quorum of the Council is present, no City-related business decisions will be made.
