The Mayor and City Council have been invited to attend a press conference with Gov. Bullock and The Billings Clinic, on Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2018, at 10:30 AM, at the Mary Alice Fortin Health Conference Center, Rooms B and D to announce a new statewiede partnership to increase pediatric psychiatric care throughout Montana. In the event a quorum of the Council is present, no City business decisions will be made during or at this event.
