On December 3, from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm, at the Community Room, Billings Public Library, the Mayor and City Council will host a Meet and Greet session for the public to meet their new Ward II Councilmember. In the event a quorum of the Council are present, no City-business decisions will be made.
