The Mayor and City Council have been invited to attend an informal get-together with Yellowstone County Legislators on Nov. 20th from 11:30 AM-1:00 PM at the Yellowstone Cellars & Winery, 1335 Holiday Circle, Billings, MT. In the event a quorum of the Council is present, no City business decisions will be made.
