The Yellowstone County Planning Board has invited the Mayor and City Council to participate in Billings Urban Area Long Range Transportation Plan on Tues., Sept. 25th, 4:30-6:30 PM, at the Billings Public Library Community Room, 510 N. Broadway, Billings, MT. The purpose of the meeting is to inform the public of the plan's status and solicit public input. The meeting is open to the public. In the event a quorum of the Council is present, no City business decisions will be made.
