Mayor and City Council have been invited to the first annual PRIDE Festival on September 8th. A parade in downtown Billings begins at 2:00 PM, and a rally will follow at 3:00 PM, at Billings North Park. In the event a quorum of the Council are present, no business decisions will be made.
