The Mayor and Council have been invited to a project planning meeting for One Big Sky project on Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at 4:00 p.m., at the First Interstate Bank Operations Center, 1800 6th Avenue North, Billings, Montana. In the event a quorum of the Council is in attendance, no final decisions regarding participation in or funding will be made at this meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to receive and discuss information.
