The Mayor and City Council have been invited to new St. Francis School Open House on Monday, July 31, from 5 to 8 PM. The new school is located at 2202 Colton Boulevard. In the event a quorum of Councilmembers is present, there is no agenda and no business decisions will be made at this event.
