The City Council will meet in a CLOSED Executive Session on Wednesday, October 19th, at 3:00 pm, in the City Hall Conference Room, 210 N. 27th Street, Billings, MT, to continue the annual evaluation of the City Administrator, Christina F. "Tina" Volek. The meeting was originally scheduled for October 13th, but was cancelled due to quorum issues.
