The City Council has been invited to attend the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, of WyndStone, a St. John's Lutheran Ministries facility, located at 1920 WyndStone Way at the far end of Wicks Lane, Billings Heights. The Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be held on Thursday, October 27th from 3 pm to 6 pm. In the event a quorum of Councilmembers is present, there is no agenda and no business is expected.
