The City Councilmembers have been invited to participate in interviews being conducted by consultants for the Parks, Recreation and Open Space Comprehensive Plan on Tuesday, September 27, 2016. Interviews will be held at the Billings Parks, Recreation and Public Lands office, 390 North 23rd Street, Billings, Montana. There is no agenda and no decisions are expected.
