The Downtown Library Planning Committee is interested in learning about what’s important to you in terms of where the Library should be located and is seeking your input through a survey. Your input will help the Committee compare the current Library location to other potential sites in the central part of Billings, as it develops a recommendation for Library Board and City Council consideration in October.
