The City of Billings conducted a citizen survey earlier this year and the results show that most residents feel safe in their neighborhoods and think that Billings is a good place to live and to raise children. It also shows that the City could improve certain services and facilities and needs to boost the city government’s reputation. The survey provides some guidance, but in order to make the right choices about what and how to improve, City leaders need additional input from you. The City Council is hosting a series of Community Conversations and invites everyone to attend at least one of the sessions. The meetings will be structured so that citizens have a lot of opportunity to talk among themselves and with City Councilmembers and other decision makers. If you want to improve your neighborhood and your city, please plan to attend one of the following sessions, which are titled: Don’t Be A Stranger In Your Own City; We’re All In This Together.
