In its mission to provide outstanding service to the community, the Billings Public Library has received the 2024 Excellent Library Services Award.
Also known as the ELSA, the Montana State Library Commission picks award recipients based on a variety of service criteria.
The Billings Public Library is one of 25 libraries in the state to receive the award this year. Montana has approximately 730 public, school, academic, and special libraries across the state.
