The Mayor and City Councilmembers have been invited to participate in the National Homeless Person's Memorial Day Candlelight Vigil on December 21, 2021 from 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM on the Yellowstone County Courthouse Lawn.
December 21st marks the first day of winter and the longest night of the year - bringing attention to the tragedy of homelessness and remember those who have died while living with a permanent home.
In the event a quorum of the Council is present, NO CITY-RELATED business decisions shall be made.
