The Billings Leadership Foundation invites members of the City Council to a breakfast meeting to share updates to their building plans for the Montana Rescue Mission Unified Campus.
Breakfast will be held Friday, 10/15 from 7:30 am – 8:30 am at 2902 Minnesota Avenue, Billings MT 59101- directly across 29th St. from the Mission.
In the event a quorum of the City Council is present at the event, NO City-related business decisions shall be made.
