A City Council Candidates' Forum, sponsored by the Billings Downtown Partnership and the Billings Chamber of Commerce, will be hosting the event on Wednesday, Sept. 29th, at the Alberta Bair Theater. The doors open at 5:30 pm and the program begins at 6:00 pm.
In the event a quorum of the City Council is present, NO CITY-related business decisions shall be made.
