Yellowstone County Substance Abuse Connect Coalition will hold meetings with community leaders, members of the public, government leaders, human resource officials and recovery agencies on August 5th, August 9th and August 10th.
On August 5th, the meeting will be held at the Billings Public Library, Roybal Johnson Community Room, from 1 PM-3 PM.
On August 9th, from 10 AM-Noon and again from 5:30 PM-7:30 PM.
On August 10th, from 10 AM-Noon.
In the event a quorum of the City Council is present at any of these meetings, no City-related business decisions shall be made.
