[ARCHIVED] TEST - Mock City Council Meeting to be held

Another test run of the hybrid technologies will be held on March 31st, beginning at 3:30 pm at the Billings Public Library Community Room. THIS IS ONLY A TEST and it may mimic portions of a Council meeting. In the event a quorum of the Council is present, NO CITY-RELATED business decisions will be made.
