Notice is hereby given that a quorum of either the Billings Elementary School District No. 2 Board of Trustees or the
Billings High School District No. 2 Board of Trustees may be present at a meeting with the County Commissioners
and the City Council. No Board action shall be taken.
Although this event is not designed to be a meeting of the Trustees, a quorum of either Board may be present to
participate in this event and to listen to community members. Since a quorum may be present, this notice is given
pursuant to Montana law.
