The Mayor and Council have been invited to attend an Open House, sponsored by the Yellowstone County Mental Health Advisory Board on on Thursday, Dec. 5th from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at 1201 Grand Ave., #1. In the event a quorum of the Council is present, no City-related business decisions will be made.
