The Mayor and Council have been invited to attend the art exhibit and open reception for painter and sculptor, Harry Koyama. The art exhibit is free and will be held September 25-October 14. A reception will be held on Thurs., Sept. 26th, 4 PM - 6 PM, at the Ryniker-Morrison Gallery, Tech Hall, on the Rocky Mountain College campus. In the event a quorum of the Council is present, no City-related decisions will be made.
